What size feet do your socks fit?

Our socks are designed to comfortably fit most feet.  With all the bounce we knit into our socks, they fit shoe sizes 5-11.

Do your socks fit wide feet?

Yes, absolutely! You will not believe how stretchy our socks are. They've been tried and tested, and form comfortably whether your feet are wide or slender.

How do I best care for my socks?

To keep your socks in the best condition possible, wash socks in the delicate cycle and avoid bleach and the iron. And just like the good ole' days, air drying your socks instead of the dryer is always a safe bet.

What is the status of my order?

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping notification via email. If you're having trouble tracking your order, we'd be happy to help you out! Don't hesitate to call us at 888.808.5113 Monday-Thursday 10-4 PST or reach out to hello@kaktos.com with any questions.

Where do you ship?

Currently we are shipping within the US.

What is your return policy?

Our quality guarantee is simple, we stand behind the products we make. If you're not 100% satisfied, reach out to us and we'll take care of you. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide return shipping unless the product is damaged.

The pair I want is sold out!

Because our limited edition colors are dyed specifically for Kaktos, they are made in small batches and are exclusive. But don't worry, we always have something new up our sleeves! If it's a classic style that has caught your eye, those will be restocked shortly. Sign up for our email updates and you'll be the first to know when we've restocked and release new products.

How was the name KAKTOS born?

When we were first naming our sock brand, we'd pass a large Saguaro cactus every day on our way home. One day we decided to dig a bit deeper into this plant that surrounds us here in Arizona. This is what we found: "The cactus plant, in particular the yellow cactus flower symbolizes warmth, protection, and endurance. The cactus flower is a symbol of maternal love because it can endure and thrive in harsh conditions and therefore symbolic of a mother’s unconditional love." What a perfect definition of our personal values and a great representation of the brand and product we are building. Cactus is derived from the greek word, Kaktos, and stands for “strength”. A cactus not only lives in hard conditions, it THRIVES. Everyone has “hard” in their lives and we want to encourage people to thrive in their hard.
